• IF YOU MUST CANCEL PLEASE DO SO 48HRS IN ADVANCE BY RETURNING TO THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL SENT TO YOU TO AVOID SERVICE CHARGES.

• NO CALL/NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM SCHEDULING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

• EXTRA GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Late Policy

• IN THE EVENT THAT A CLIENT IS LATE
THERE IS 15 MIN GRACE PERIOD.

• IF THE CLIENT IS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE A $20.00 FEE IS ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE.

• ANY CLIENT THAT TRIES TO DISPUTE ANY TRANSACTION AFTER RECEIVING A SERVICE WILL BE BANNED INDEFINITELY.

Embellish Skin Studio aims to please! We always want to make sure our customers love our products which is why everything is packaged with love and care.

Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons we will not accept returns on our products.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order please inspect for any damaged items. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the issue and make sure the order is right.

Pick Up Policy

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your pick up order. You’ll receive an email or text when your order is ready and we can coordinate a time.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance by returning to your confirmation email. This helps avoid any service charges or future scheduling restrictions.

What happens if I’m late or miss my appointment?

There’s a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After that, a $20 late fee will be added to your service. No-call / no-show clients will be banned from future bookings.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

To ensure a relaxing experience and maintain a professional environment, extra guests are not allowed in the service area.

What is your return policy on beauty products?

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email EmbellishSkinStudio@gmail.com right away so we can make it right.

How long does shipping or order pickup take?
  • For pickup orders, please allow 1–3 business days and wait for a confirmation email or text.
  • For U.S. shipping, allow 3–5 business days.
  • For international orders, allow 7–10 business days.
